Enrollment device platform restrictions

Microsoft made an update to Enrollment device platform restrictions. Creating a new restriction now creates that restriction for each platform (Android, Windows, MacOS, iOS).

Due to this change, you will see these additional configurations in the nightly Sync, our summary emails, and in Reconcile over the next few days. If your tenant is pending approval, you may disregard it as it will self resolve.
