View Reconcile Notes across tenants!

Reconcile Notes are a great way to keep on top of each configuration or property. Now, Notes made in the baseline will be shown when you Reconcile a tenant using that baseline. To add Notes to baseline configurations or properties, go to Reconcile > select a baseline > expand a configuration type > to the right of the configuration, select the “…“ > Note

‍Platform updates:

  • On 27 July, Simeon Cloud hosted a live panel of industry experts to discuss the latest on M365 security and compliance around the newly released Center of Internet Security (CIS) baseline 2.0. Simeon also announced the upcoming CIS 2.0 Simeon Baseline! For all the details, watch the recording here.
  • Microsoft recently added a new property to Mobile Apps called installExperience.maxRunTimeInMinutes. You may notice that Simeon has detected this change in the nightly Sync and our summary emails. If you see your tenant pending approval, you may disregard it as it will self-resolve.

‍New features coming soon!

  • In the coming weeks, Simeon will update Power BI reports to read from Log Analytics instead of Azure SQL. We anticipate this update to make Power BI reports more performant and introduce new reporting options. Stay tuned for additional updates as they become available.

  • [Fix] Addressed a case where a Service Principal with the same appID as the tenant ID caused the Sync to fail
  • [Fix] Improved handling of SharePoint Tenant Properties when DisableListSync is updated
  • [Fix] Addressed an issue where Device Configuration Profiles could export Assignment IDs, causing the configurations to appear as Conflicting on Reconcile
