Simeon Release Notes 12.17.20 - UI Enhancements


We made enhancements to our UI to highlight actionable information and we made changes to the order of operations during sync actions to improve Simeon’s power and speed.


What’s new


  • The Sync Dashboard will now show an indicator for a tenant when a change has been detected in the latest run. If it is showing green, then changes were detected. You can view the changes by expanding the section under the tenant. Stop drift in its tracks!

  • We improved scrolling and the layout of the Reconciliation Dashboard. If you have feedback or ideas, please let us know. We value your input and can make improvements quickly!

  • On the DevOps side of the platform, we consolidated the Export and Deploy pipelines into a single Sync function. The improved action will simultaneously export and deploy changes made to your baseline or in code with a single button click. This change largely impacts how Simeon works behind scenes now that we have released the friendlier Sync Dashboard UI, but it improves the power and speed of Simeon.


Note: There may be some downtime on Friday evening PST as we implement new infrastructure enhancements to improve Simeon.
