Simeon Release Notes 03.04.21 - Introducing Live Chat and Improved Reconcile!

We made a number of enhancements to our UI to improve the user experience, namely making it easier to reconcile tenants and receive support.

What's New

  • Get support easily by clicking the chat icon at the bottom of every page of our UI. We respond super fast!

  • Get helpful information and tips when you hover your cursor over the 'i’ next to each section-header on the Reconcile Dashboard. Reconcile away!

  • Now you can easily compare configurations between sections of the Reconcile Dashboard by using our new search function. Search for a configuration and try it out!

  • When you add a configuration that depends on another configuration, Simeon will automatically add the dependent configuration. This helps avoid potential issues down the road. Reconcile safely!

  • You will remain logged in for longer with our new re-authentication process, so you can work uninterrupted and be more productive.
