Bulk apply or exclude configurations across all of your tenants!

Simeon makes managing your tenants as simple as possible. When working with dozens of tenants, even small changes can be expensive and time-consuming. Not with Simeon! With Simeon, you can deploy a configuration from your baseline tenant to all your tenants in just a few clicks! To do this, navigate to Reconcile > select your baseline tenant > find the configuration in your baseline that you would like to deploy to all of your tenants > click on the three dots “…“ to the right > Apply to > select the tenants you want to deploy the configuration to > OK > review the changes and press Proceed.

In addition to applying configurations to your tenants, you can exclude or remove configurations using Exclude from. To do this, follow the steps above and select Exclude from on Reconcile. Easy!

Platform Updates: Important changes coming soon!

In the coming weeks, Simeon will release a change to how we handle Service Principal Authentication. Currently, users can choose to install a tenant with Service Principal in addition to Delegated Authentication or Service Account. After this change, all tenants will install with Service Principal by default, and users will choose between Delegated Authentication and Service Account authentication for configuration types that do not support Service Principal. After this change is released, all existing tenants will pend approval to add a new service principal to the tenant. Syncs will continue to pend approval for this change until it is approved and the service principal is successfully deployed to the tenant.
